We offer free shipping for the original purchase and for any exchanges. For returns, we ask that you'll cover the shipping, unless the return was driven by a defect in the product or experience.

La Saison Sportive offers 30 days after delivery to commence the returns or exchange process and to send your purchase back to our company.

Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. If we can't accept the return, we'll let you know, and you can let us know if you would like this sent back to you or donated.

You may choose to receive your refund as store credit or back to the original payment method.

La Saison Sportive processes refunds within 2 business days of receipt of the product, once it passes quality checks. The refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times amongst the payment providers.

Unfortunately, gift cards can't be returned.
